Attached is my feedback.log as asked in other posts. Hopefully I can get those 4 runes since I'm just starting out and have no purples at all...

I finished a mission and saw that I got 4 purple runes somehow. I imagine it was from a rune bag from this event? But clicking on one froze my UI and made everything unclickable, and then restarting the game didn't give me any of these runes. I'm not sure what I could've done besides not clicked the...
