No Heroes No Enemies

Hello everybody,
I bought yesterday on Steam Heroes Defense . After starting the tutorials I noticed that it is unplayable because I neither the hero Jack still be the opponent Showing . The only thing I see are dwindling health bar .
I herewith request fastest service.

Huh, this is weird. Could you please send me the log file? You find it by pressing Windows+R, then typing in "%appdata%\..\LocalLow\Happy Tuesday\HauntedIsland". Post the Feedback.log file here. Thanks!

Ich habe es bereits mit einer Fehlerüberprüfung probiert und einer neu instalation. Beides hat leider nicht geholfen.
Vielen Dank übrigens für die sehr schnelle Antwort. ;)

I have already tried with a bugcheck and a new instalation . Both have not helped .

Wir bräuchten bitte die Feedback.log Datei, in der der Fehler auftritt. Daher bitte einmal das spiel starten, reingehen, und dann die Feedback.log schicken.

Im Log kann ich jetzt nichts entdecken, das dein Problem erklären würde. Kannst du bitte noch einen Screenshot und die DxDiag.txt anhängen? Wie du die erstellst, steht hier ganz unten.

Außerdem kannst du mal versuchen, die Grafikqualität in den Optionen runterzudrehen. Vielleicht unterstützt deine Grafikkarte einige der Effekte nicht richtig.

Grafikqualität runterdrehen hat auch nicht geholfen? Dein Rechner sollte zwar problemlos damit klarkommen, aber wir haben bisher nicht viel mit AMD-Karten getestet. Vielleicht ist da irgendwas inkompatibel.

Also wenn ich die Grafik auf Niedrig stelle tauchen die Charaktere schlagartig auf. Aber halt nur auf niedrig. Gibt es da vllt eine Lösungsmöglichkeit denn es ist ein echt schickes Spiel. Da ist es ja eigentlich schade das man es nur auf Niedrig spielen kann.
