Minor Bug - Changing keyboard shortcuts is buggy

Description
I tried to change the shortcut for speed up to 's' during the game. After hitting apply, speedup was on 's' as exspected but the character selection shortcuts were not working anymore. So I went back and reseted the shortcuts to default with the 'default' button. Now the shortcuts were working again but speedup was still on 's' even though the settings say it's 'x'. When hitting 'x' I hear a sound effect for speed up (twice?). Also I'm now unable to change shortcuts.

Reproducable
Happens again after restarting the game.
1) Start match
2) Go to settings and change speedup to 's'
3) Observer character shortcuts
4) Go to settings and change shortcuts to default
5) Try speedup with 's' and 'x' now
