[BUG] Game allows skipping of campaign missions

Bug Summary: The game allows me to skip maps entirely.

The game is letting me do campaign missions without having completed previous maps in any of the difficulty modes. In the screenshot, the left map is one I have never even touched, and yet it allows me to start the selected one. This is not a display bug; it actually let me enter the map. With enough stars, the game will even let you skip past two or more maps. I can't see this being intended behavior; surely the campaign missions are supposed to be done in strict sequence to get all the storytelling bits delivered to the player in the correct order.
