Minor Bug: Hints On Loading - Missing Loca for key LS_ Hotkeys2_Title

Probably a missing loca for keys LS_ Hotkeys2_Title and LS_ Hotkeys2_Desc, see the attached screenshot.

Among other not found loca issues this can be found in the log file - I did not noticed that other loca were misssing - at least I have not seen anyother loca keys.

Yeah, it seems something went wrong with the Loca Export - we'll fix it in the next Build.
