Stuck in Forge tutorial

Description
I'm stuck in the Forge tutorial.
I followed the tutorial until this step where it tells me to drag a rune in to the first slot. I can drag runes around but no matter what I do, the tutorial does not continue.

Reproduction
I played until I unlocked Sam Hain before I unlocked the Forge in 2 Sessions. Now everytime I enter the Forge I get this bug.
I leave the game via ALT + F4 when I'm stuck with this bug.

Severity
BLOCKER
I'm unable to leave the Forge once I started the tutorial.

Attached is a screenshot how the Forge looked when I first hit this tutorial step. One rune slot looks empty which might a related bug.

Hey Saduras!

I think I see what the problem is -- probably started playing before the latest patch, leading to you losing the rune that should go into the second slot. (It's one of the new Runes)
I'm trying to figure out how to solve that for you -- the easiest way would be to start a new game (sorry), I'll let you know if I figure out other options.

Alright. Then I'll start new. I've seen the tutorial already 200 times. One more less doesn't make a big difference
