[Graphics] Minor Bug - Dark overlay during academy tutorial is to small

Description
During the academy upgrade tutorial the dark overlay is to small. See screen shot. My resultion is 1920x1080.
I've seen this in a previous tutorial step on the academy before.

Yeah, this is a known bug. We thought we fixed it, but it somehow slipped in again. We'll make sure it's fixed with the next patch.
